Some staff have a poor knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, but it doesn't seem to stop them from basing their own opinions as fact, I recommend getting the qualified pharmacist to check what they say is factually correct.
I've never had anything but excellent service and advice. The staff are professional and friendly. I order 12 medications for my wife and myself. Helpful and professional over the phone. My only negative comment is that they have so many different pharmacists. The pharmacists have all been great but the permanent staff must be frustrated from explaining the minor organisational differences in their workplace.
I have recently moved to shevington ..changed dr and pharmacy delivery ,the staff were so helpful sorting my blister pack out .so quick and efficient. Thankyou for making it so easy..
I went into get my baby a dummy as we had lost the last one. My baby was very upset, the lady on the till was so kind and reassuring and served me before the other customer and even cut the dummy out of the packaging for me so I could give it to the baby as quickly as possible. That level of kindness and reassurance went a long way in making a new mum feel much better. Thank you to that lovely lady working this morning and the nice lady in the queue :) x

Best chemist around is my personal opinion staff really helpful and nothing is to much trouble for them everything I've asked for over the counter they have had and their prescription delivery is second to none.
