   had an appointment at 14:50 waited for half an hour only to be told that they have an emergency and we may have to wait longer and unsure how long do we have to wait. What a wasted joirney. No respect for your time and effort.

   Took my little guinea pig to the vets today as he had got some sawdust wood stuck in his teeth. The staff were lovely and got us seen to straight away even though they had back to back appointments. It only took a few minutes to get it out and didn’t get charged was very grateful and would highly recommend this vets.

   Do not see the so called vet mahala welbourne..!!! Advised me to have a 3 week old puppy put down… knew she was totally wrong and because it was 5:35pm she wouldn’t scan him and was very rude when I told her she is wrong.. pup was then taken too a emergency vet and was diagnosed with bloat..they could not believe vet4pets wanted to put him down.. puppy is now making a full recovery at home

   All staff (vets/nurses and receptionists) are extremely friendly and welcoming towards you. I can always tell my dog is happy to be there and to be around the staff. I feel extremely comfortable leaving him with them. Very satisfied and would 100% recommendations Vets4Pets-Wigan!!

   These vets where amazing and made our little boy better. He now runs around like a puppy. Not bad considering jesus quite an old man. The care they provided and kindness was second to none. Very caring veterinary nurses too
