   Excellent service. Got informed yesterday Boots @ Winstanley couldn't get my medication till next year! Told me to try other pharmacies for stock, so very helpful - not. 0/10 for customer service Boots. I rang Manor, and yes they were struggling to get supplies, but had plenty of a lower strength and told me to get Doctor to re write script for lower strength. At 6pm today my script was delivered. Great customer service Manor, 5 stars. Thank you so much.

   Went for seasonal jab, appmt made for 10am. At 10.15am no activity from staff, no patients (seasonal jabs) being attended to, and still waiting with others. Asked what was the delay and wasnt given an answer. There seemed to be a complete lack of organisation and it did not seem to be a professionally run business. Once my name was called, it again seemed to be totally disorganised with no preperation having been done before hand. I will not be going to this pharmacy for any more seasonal jabs

   Delivery of repeat prescription not delivered! apparently Tried on Friday told I was out!.I am agoraphobic haven't been out for months however phoned Friday after waiting was told Delivery would be today monday...not delivered!! phoned again told not sent out on basis I was out on Friday and didn't call to rearrange absolute nonsense they really don't care or understand how important it is to have continuity when taking medication on repeat.This used to be a good pharmacy despite being busy at least they answered the phone..not now..I have left several messages for the delivery guy and just discovered that none have been passed on I have been totally ignored by unprofessional people who seem unfit to be in a position dealing with the public let alone medication..Pathetic...(Frog lane manor pharmacy)

   Spent 2 hours trying to get through on the phone and it's either line busy or just rings out with no answer usually not this bad even when busy but I have about 200 calls to them in my call log today and still havnt had an answer

   My daughter has just been to the pharmacy to take back a prescription that was delivered, she only ever picks up from the pharmacy, she never ordered these supplements at nearly £10 for 60 tablets, online £3.00 for 120, on returning this item she was made to feel small by a member of staff with red hair ?..not your place to speak to my daughter in the tone that you did and upsetting her, never had a problem with any of the staff before always found them to be polite and professional,
