“Busy pharmacy but very friendly and quick service. Saw the pharmacist who was very knowledgeable and though he couldn’t help, he gave clear instructions on what I needed to do and I was able to follow this and get a prescription and return later. It was closed between 1-2pm so maybe avoid then.”

“I visited Boots the Chemist at Bryn, Ashton-in-Makerfield yesterday afternoon. I wanted to return some items for a refund which I had purchased on line. I spoke with a lovely member of staff called Paris. Staff were having difficulty refunding some Advantage points back to my card, when Paris took control of the situation and contacted Customer Services for me. She obtained updated information from Customer Services about my points, addressed the points refund discrepancy, and provided me with a till print-out of my points balance. Paris was efficient, patient and kind, and her Customer Service skills were brilliant. Well done Paris! Your friendly assistance was very much appreciated. Thank you, you are a STAR!”

She asked me about my recent holiday and seemed genuinely interested. It made my day. All the staff here are always polite & will help if possible.”

“Saw my dog as a same day emergency when he was unable to walk and in a lot of pain, my pets weren’t under their care at the time. My own vets wouldn’t see us for two weeks but Medivet billinge fit us in and were excellent. Have since moved both my dogs here and have seen my nervous / vet aggressive dog a couple of times as an emergency and are very patient, caring and flexible.”

“I would like to express how kind is the staff from this pharmacy, and massive thank you to the kind pharmacist named AYO. I phoned today the pharmacy in regards to my sons antibiotic, we are both working parents and not able to collect the rest of his medicine I was desperate with an almost empty, Ayo was really helpful and giving options of what we could do unfortunately was a very difficult situation but he made sure to come and delivery at our door and he showed that he cared about my son. “Bought an electric toothbrush with Tesco vouchers. It stopped charging , despite trying different cables and sockets. Took it to the help desk and a wonderful woman called Abigail went above and beyond what I had expected or could have hoped for. I had no reciept and was three months out in the date & Abigail found it on the till. She agreed the brush was faulty and offered an exchange, which was exactly what I had hoped for but thought it unlikely. The exchange was complicared because we had used Tesco vouchers. She sorted that and got the vouchers replaced. There were more complications which she also sorted. She deserves a medal for her patience and understanding.”
