My own vets wouldn’t see us for two weeks but Medivet billinge fit us in and were excellent. Have since moved both my dogs here and have seen my nervous / vet aggressive dog a couple of times as an emergency and are very patient, caring and flexible.”

“Bought an electric toothbrush with Tesco vouchers. It stopped charging , despite trying different cables and sockets. Took it to the help desk and a wonderful woman called Abigail went above and beyond what I had expected or could have hoped for. I had no reciept and was three months out in the date & Abigail found it on the till. She agreed the brush was faulty and offered an exchange, which was exactly what I had hoped for but thought it unlikely. The exchange was complicared because we had used Tesco vouchers. She sorted that and got the vouchers replaced. There were more complications which she also sorted. She deserves a medal for her patience and understanding.”
