   My husband came to the pharmacy at 19.35 with our son who is unwell with a sore throat/ spots on the back of it (one of the ailments they tell you to use a pharmacy for!!) they point blank refused to see him saying that they wouldn’t be done by closing time and he had to ring 111! Not surprised the NHS is on it’s arse when pharmacists are refusing to see people because it’s inconvenient and they won’t be able to shut the shop at bang on 20:00 hours. The ten minutes they discussed with my husband about why they couldn’t (refused) to see our son they could’ve have him seen and sent on his way. But now we are awaiting a call back from 111 for us to go and sit somewhere else and take an appointment. Well done you very ignorant and unhelpful people. Wouldn’t even rate at 1 but had to put something.

   Slow. Rude staff who ignore people in the queue. Maybe don't take prescription requests if you can't serve people who are queueing to buy product. Absolute shocking service every single time.

   Dont ever use this pharmacy after waiting for 30 minutes in the cue to get served the person said go and do some shopping and it will be ready in 20 minutes. Cued up for another 30 minutes only to be told that what i needed wasn't in stock. Never ever again.

   Absolutely terrible. Need to wait 30 to 45 mins for a prescription while the females behind the counter finish their conversation. I hate coming here after a 12 hr shift and having to wait for these people to do the job they are paid for

   Why should I give this place one star. If I had my way, it wouldn’t get any stars. Never have your complete prescription ready, even thou they’ve had the repeat prescription for two days. Still told to come back in 20mins, then get told it’s incomplete and you after go back in two days to the rest of it. Close the shop and get new staff in that understand customer service and not someone who’s just in it for the money, like ASDA shareholders. Better to use a smaller independent pharmacy that actually stock prescription drugs.

   They never answer their phone n never have the baby milk in you need (u can’t buy it) or you waiting there for ages for them to forget about you start answering your bloody phones!! U care about your customers!! It’s a joke

   Shocking tonight you need to get a new staff member because that man on tonight couldn’t understand a word of English ! I was told 10 minutes by the woman with blonde hair so I went shopping an hour and half later I asked the man for my stuff 4 times I said my name and he didn’t understand me he walked in the back and said it’s not ready the line got bigger and bigger because he said the same to everyone else because he can’t understand anyone I then asked the woman for my form back as I was sick of waiting she then came back with my stuff and slammed it on the counter so it was ready but because he can’t understand anyone nobody was getting there stuff !

   Absolutely useless, you try calling to speak with the pharmacy and it gives no information and then hangs up. The direct number to the pharmacy doesn't even connect, what an absolute waste of time Asda is.

   Useless staff on shift tonight at 8pm. I was told the prescription would be ready in 10mins, stood and wait 50 mins, after asking how long it would be I waited a further 15mins. One member of the counter staff (sue), walked from the pharmacy with a rubbish back towards the rear of the store, while passing the ornaments section desided to stop of and have a browse for 10mins, while stack us customers were being held up.
