   Bought an electric toothbrush with Tesco vouchers. It stopped charging , despite trying different cables and sockets. Took it to the help desk and a wonderful woman called Abigail went above and beyond what I had expected or could have hoped for. I had no reciept and was three months out in the date & Abigail found it on the till. She agreed the brush was faulty and offered an exchange, which was exactly what I had hoped for but thought it unlikely. The exchange was complicared because we had used Tesco vouchers. She sorted that and got the vouchers replaced. There were more complications which she also sorted. She deserves a medal for her patience and understanding.

   Products on shelf with incorrect pricing labels underneath. Customer help desk not interested and blamed me for not reading the fine print. Be warned, check your receipts or find a shop that doesnt mislead and gaslight their customers.

   Cafe review. Thought that I would have a coffee and a sandwich after doing my shopping. You could only order from a menu board outside of the cafe and collect a disc to place on your table. Very little choice of sandwiches so selected a cheese toastie. Sat at my table and waited about 15 minutes for the coffee to arrive and a further 40 minutes for the toastie. ( Not worth the money I paid for it ) This is the first time that I have shopped here and used the cafe and it will be the last. Lots of people complaining about the service. Just waiting now to see if I get fined for being over the 2 hours stay.

   Very large superstore with lots of variety. They so have the scan and go facility which for menis a big advantage Tesco has over the competitors. Tesco should really stop swapping isles around though as it makes shopping really difficult.

   Click and collect not great . You have to pick every single item up off the crate your self. They used to provide bags now they don't. At least environmental friendly paper ones . Better take your own bags.
