    The last half a dozen times I've made a purchase from here, if the value came to say £10.99 , no change was offered, fine it's only 1 pence, but to not even be given the option really got to me, to the point where the woman who served me this week didn't even have the decency to look up when she served me, so I just said "I see this shops stopped giving change now eh?" When she swiftly slammed the till drawer, looking embarrassed as there was a queue, she opened the till and handed me a penny, no apology nothing .
