   I was disappointed by the service at this pharmacy. The door was clearly malfunctioning, and when I struggled to open it, the assistant in grey was quite rude. When I explained what I needed, the pharmacist unnecessarily told me I had to pay, as if I didn’t know, I came in to buy something, not expecting it to be free. It felt condescending and disrespectful. After spending several minutes waiting while they found the price, I paid and said goodbye and no one even acknowledged me. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was really disappointing.

   Just to be clear there are 2 parts to this chemist one is the vaccination centre and one is a pharmacy/chemist. I was rushed in to hospital with a health Condition but was unable to have my in medication verified so my best option available was for me to get a return taxi. I suffer seizures and had a serious one. However I am on a controlled class A medication. Which is dangerous if miss used. My chemist is closed on Sundays and my medication as to be taken daily it as to be given by a trained pharmacist by law as if the doze is even slightly wrong then it is deadly.when I miss a doze I become very ill as it is physically addicted and missed doze mean physical withdrawal symptoms. My medication is so dangerous that it as killed many people and as to be kept in a locked safe by law.this safe is known as a DDA box which DDA stands for the Dangerous Drugs Act.on a Saturday I have to take my Sunday doZe home because it's closed on Sunday because it so dangerous when on this meds you are issued with a safe to keep it in . I rang this chemist to explain my dilemma ,I told them because of the serious snow and the fact we are under a Amber warning I would be five minutes late and could the issue my medication but they have a rule that you have to be at the chemist half hour before it closes. I arrived at 32 minutes past five 2 minutes late I spoke to a senior member of staff and explained my situation but was bluntly refused. I have known many people to arrive late but are still given there meds. They have a " if your face gits policy.the main pharmacist is always on her phone on social media none work related. One girl who was new at the time said I wish she would get off her backside, I'm not trained to dispense this medication.. the weekend staff are great but the regular week staff usually 3 females are all ignorant and rude I've heard them complaining about homeless customers who collect there meds that the stink and as soon as they in leave the shop pick up a can my of air freshener and spray wher they've been sat and then place the spray back on the shelf with the rest to be sold. They've been this rude for as long as I've known them which is many years. Hopefully things will change soon.

   I would like to express how kind is the staff from this pharmacy, and massive thank you to the kind pharmacist named AYO. I phoned today the pharmacy in regards to my sons antibiotic, we are both working parents and not able to collect the rest of his medicine I was desperate with an almost empty, Ayo was really helpful and giving options of what we could do unfortunately was a very difficult situation but he made sure to come and delivery at our door and he showed that he cared about my son. Said we could call any time for help. Can’t thank you enough. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

   i went here to see a hollywood movie and ended up being stabbed in the arm with a needle by a random stranger. its ok i suppose if your into that kind of thing. but would prefer to watch a movie next time ya know?

   Had my 2nd vaccination here on the 1/9/21 and the person doing it wasn't wearing gloves nor was she washing her hands between vaccinations. The other 2 members of staff there somehow spent the entire 15 minutes I was there complaining about patients in front of the people in the waiting room. I'd expect much better than this.

   I would Like to comment on how good the staff were yesterday at your vaccination centre in Wigan when I visited for my 1st covid jab. Staff were extremely helpful, courteous and attentive during my visit and helped me as am currently rather disabled. Please pass on my thanks to your staff.
