Really impressed with the service here. The staff working were very kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and the pharmacist was professional and efficient. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Will definitely be coming back
The counter staff are friendly and will try do what they can for over counter request although the pharmacist is the boss. Minimal seating which may leave patients standing , could do with fold down chairs and I'm sure if I was waiting sitting outside on one wouldn't be an issue if it was to hot or packedthe wait is to long sometimes, members could describe this as stressful' especially the elderly or disabled. This pharmacy would benefit majorly to expand on the empty land at the back of property as their are so many people & families to cater for in this community, this seems' much needed.
I had great service from Hollowood's today. I ordered my repeat prescriptions from my doctor online this Saturday 26th July and received a text from the chemist to say they were ready Monday 28th am. I couldn't pick them up yesterday but went in today and there they were. What speedy service and the staff were very friendly too.
I recently collected my mother’s prescription and was assisted by Vicki, who was both professional and friendly throughout the process. She took the time to ensure everything was in order and explained things clearly, which really helped put my mind at ease. It’s reassuring to deal with someone so knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely caring. Excellent service—thank you, Vicki!
Always pleasant interaction with the staff. Service can be slow on some days, but that’s understandable in a pharmacy with necessary drug checking. Would like to see more varied products sold, but overall always a positive experience.
IF I COULD RATE THIS PHARMACY 0 STARS I WOULD Its like Fawlty Towers of the pharmacy world. What a disgraceful pharmacy - been using it for several years now and it has completely gone downhill under Hollowood Chemists ownership. The hardworking staff was the only thing holding it together but in the last year even they have deserted this sinking ship and it appears to now be staffed on trainees and a useless pharmacist, who all run around like headless chicken. Always kept waiting for at least 20 minutes, to then be told they don't have the products I need but to come back tomorrow. Err no thanks - I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. There was a new pharmacist manager there last week - what a waste of space! I will never again set foot in this dump of a pharmacy - the owners should be ashamed of themselves putting their name to this.
Wait ages to get served. All in the back doing prescriptions. Sometimes don't even have the tablets that have been prescribed on a regular basis.
Terrible pharmacy. Went in to purchase an over the counter product and was left waiting 15+ minutes. While I appreciate waiting for prescriptions, I should not have to wait this long to purchase something. Quicker to go elsewhere than stand and wait for this mockery while the staff wander round like headless chickens.
Pharmacist always late, always mess up prescriptions. Shocking staff attitude. Shop is a mess and shelves empty. Poor
