Having found an abandoned rabbit in extremely poor health and condition I rang the golborne veterinary for advice and help as this poor Bunny was completely disabled immediately the lady receptionist spoke with empathy and after consulting with the vet told me to bring the bunny into the surgery I offered to leave a donation or even pay for any treatment which looked bleak as there was no quality of life I love bunnies and felt I needed to pay at least a consultation fee but the lady said there was no need to make any payment which in my eyes speaks volumes that the animals well being is definitely in this case top priority. Thank-you with kind regards to everyone.

Totally happy with this vets, very friendly, professional, good communication about cost, what treatment was needed, great advice, our doggie doesn't mind attending, tail wagging as he knows hes going to be fussed and looked after.

We have been very lucky to have this surgery as our veterinary practice- we originally picked them as our local vets but we definitely got lucky. We have had really consistent and helpful support with our cat and their diabetes and no question was too stupid when we were understanding how to manage his needs. Vet Lindsay has gone above and beyond for our fat cat and she’s been so patient with all the diabetic treatment and visits he (and we) have needed. We have all our animals at this practice and they are just as helpful with our bunnies as they are with our cats. They have been really supportive and non judgemental about our moody rabbit who doesn’t fancy cleaning themselves properly too, helping with dematting and offering advice to avoid issues in future. They always have great knowledge of new research and treatment options, which recently really helped reassure me when discussing the new rabbit vaccinations versus some misinformation online. Would recommend 100%!

First class vets here. Might not look much at the Golborne centre, but the actual staff and care = amazing. I've had dogs all my life and seen many vets, but these are my favourite by a long, long way. Trust me, they are very good.

Took our 15 yr old springer Diesel we feared the worse as he had a really bad cough his heart and lungs where fine it was his throat. All the staff were extremely friendly and the vet we had was super kind and thorough. Would definitely recommend this vets

Yesterday I noticed my dog had an aural hematoma. From feeling it, to it being drained was less than 3 hours. I had to go to a different surgery within the same group but the service provided from start to finish was excellent. Polite friendly reception staff, informative vets and veterinary nurses. Sadly a family was saying goodbye to their dog. Again all staff were extremely respectful and comforting. I've already recommended this practice to my clients and friends.

Excellent friendly service throughout. Very informative and compassionate vets and nurses. The receptionist makes you feel at comfort from the beginning of your visit. It's never a pleasure to take your sick pet to the vets but your in great compitant hands and put at ease instantly. A great service always. Thank you for being our local vet.

All the staff are really friendly and chatty. I've been with this practice for a number of years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The prices are very reasonable and there's no hard sell of products or food they stock. I would highly highly recommend them

Brilliant service, both my cats go here, the older one has never really been happy going to a vets surgery and here they always make her feel relaxed. And our kitten is treated like royalty whenever he goes! I'd recommend Bryn over other local vets to anyone, they are incredibly caring!
