Great vets, dont even answer questions you have, asked twice to find out some information and got told nothing. Not even an apology when i said i cant ring up due to medical reasons.
Daisy came out to our very aged, 40yrs, shetland mare, who was reaching the end of her life & was down in the stable. Daisy treated her with care & compassion, no rushing & explaining things to us every step of the way. Mouse was pts after a very long & happy life in the best way possible in the sad circumstances.
Matt came out today to take dollys wolf teeth out , he is phenomenal with her every time he comes out to her, she normally is very wary of men around her but with Matt she is so comfortable around his aura , he is a huge credit to the practice.

Came out today to see my young pony his first vet visit… Lovely friendly vets that attended, bang on time Explained everything, nothing seemed too much for these guys very pony centred approach, very knowledgeable and great with my boy which is all we ask for. Totally stress free, see you soon for our next appointment would recommend. Thankyou guys :)
Throughly recommend, Steve was our vet many years ago. Needed a horse vetting near his area 34 years on, happily he could do it for me. Great service from the practice.
I've been using these vets for many many years, always excellent service from the first phone call to the visit, all their vets are so knowledgeable and explain everything in detail, I can highly recommend, they are number one in my opinion x

Had to use the emergency call out service twice for my elderly horse recently . Matt talked me through everything he was going to do and was caring and professional throughout . He is a credit to your team . I will be definitely be recommending Orrell equine to all my horsey friends
After being with another vets practice for such a long time last year we took the plunge to change, and so glad we did. I can’t thank Fi enough so far for all her help, very knowledgable and no matter how big or small the query you have she always has a plan to resolve to put your mind at ease. I’ve also had Matt on one occasion and again could not fault him, super helpful and caring. Michelle on reception is by far the best receptionist we have dealt with at any practice, absolutely nothing is too much trouble. What a wonderful team you have. Thanks guys Abby & Nilah x
