The veterinary nurse was excellent. She carried out a full examination, discussed my concerns and gave me good advice.
Absolutely amazing team at Medivet, Great Sankey! We recently lost a truly loved member of our family, our dog! They were kind and helpful, making the whole experience easier. A few days after we got a hand written card, really impressed about this small team and how much they care about animals and their families. Thank you, everyone!
So disappointed in this practice. Transferred from another medivet. Both times visited vets were rude and dismissive. Gave wrong information and didn’t smile once. They’re clearly not into people or animals. I have luckily just managed to find a family owned vets who have already been amazing compared to medivet. Stay clear of these impersonal chains!
Complete pot luck on the vet, one is extremely poor. Due to the chance of ending up with them, I will not take my cats again. I have never seen such a poorly performed check up until I saw this particular vet.
I have been and still am grateful for the help, support and kindness given to me by the team at Medivet Warrington. They show professionalism, they work hard and keep strong. They are a good team and they work well together in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Dylan, Steph and the team should be proud of themselves and the excellent service they provide. No doubt I'll be visiting them in years to come with my contented pack of Rescued cats!
Our vets do a great job in their routine animal care. But we have been unfortunate to lose several pets recently and they have shown such compassion understanding and kindness. So appreciated.
