   Went to see Darren this morning due to having technical issues with my hearing aids. I first met Darren around 6 years ago were he assisted myself in purchasing some new hearing aids as being ex forces I was getting nowhere with other charities for help and assistance Darren sorted me out with the required hearing aids. Today ive just been so see Darren who helped and advised myself on other options as my current hearing aids might need to be replaced or upgraded. He stated I could have one of my hearing aids repaired but advised on some simple steps to carry out first and also some government link that could help assist in a new pair if required. He's such a decent honest man ex forces himself overall I offered to pay for his time to which he refused many other companies would have gone straight for a new set of hearing aids or advised on a repair even if not required but not Darren such a breath of fresh air knowing how honest he is. Is new premises is absolutely spot in clean tidy absolutely looks the part. I have just gone through the process of the first part of the scheme. Darren thanks so much buddy

   The pharmacy is a waste of time. Don’t answer the phone, missing prescriptions from orders. Completely waste of money. Manager, your better open your eye to the way your store is failing its customers. Your customer are complaining and your not doing anything about solving the problem like employee poorly trained staff. Get a grip before area management replace you.

   Helpful friendly staff, had what I wanted. Delighted with the fact it was on offer and highly discounted, however I didn't know and neither did the member of staff until it was scanned at the till. So 5 stars for the discount, 4 stars because you didn't tell anybody.

   Called in today to see if I could buy a tub of Magnesium Sulfate paste. The Pharmacist appeared disinterested as he said it wasn't stocked in the Pharmacy, but then asked me what it was. What? I told him what it was and he came around the counter and directed me to where a shelf of tablets were. I told him it wasn't a tablet, but a topical paste. He then asked me what it was used for. Really? He said it would be on the shelves somewhere and returned to his counter. I had a look, but left empty handed and very disappointed.

   Needed photo for pressie, but Boots' Photoprint App failed me, so went to Robin Park store. Machine out of service! But, despite being very busy, the Manageress sorted it, and helpful guy from opticians sorted Bluetooth etc.. Result, a very satisfied customer! You are excellent ambassadors for Boots. Thank you both. Merry Christmas!

   Called into the pharmacy today - needed to see the pharmacist. I was told there where two people waiting for flu injections then I’d be able to see her after this if I didn’t mind waiting, no problems. 45 minutes later and 3 more people in the flu jab queue and I was told she was busy so to go to asda.
