I swear Barrie must be a magician. Took my bridal set in to be made bigger as my knuckles have swollen since getting arthritis. I needed it 2 sizes bigger and he set the expectation that given the way the diamonds are set it may not be possible but he wouldn't risk breaking the ring and to come back in 2 weeks. Well I'm not disapointed! Ring now fits perfectly and is even sparklier and cleane than when I left it. I was also shocked at how little he ended up charging. Thanks very much!!
Lovely chap took two links out of my wife’s watch for free, which we didn’t buy from him. We’ve used i them for ring repairs in the past and always been pleased with the service.
What a nice little pearl to find in the middle of Westhoughton. Beautiful classy jewellery, even the pre owned is tasteful. Went in to get a brooch repaired and valued and the lovely man did it on the spot, that is true customer service and all done with a lovely smile. Revisit is on the cards.
I can’t recommend highly enough the excellent service both Barrie & Jan provided to me. I took some highly sentimental rings in for advice on resizing. Barrie’s knowledge is insurmountable and, rather than simply getting on with it and taking my money, as I’m sure others would very likely do, Barrie offered valued professional opinion and advice on the best way to proceed which, I hasten to add, didn’t involve more expensive options. Quite the opposite. The end result was quite exceptional and I couldn’t visibly detect any alterations. The rings even looked brand new, which was a lovely bonus. I wouldn’t hesitate in using their services again, and I confidently recommend them both.
