   Excellent service! Always have my meds when I need them and getting my flu jab there was so easy! And they're open on Saturdays which is always a bonus for anyone working Monday to Friday!

   Takes them 4 days after the doctor has emailed a prescription to have the meds in - I was told this by a member of staff so not making it up. Not great if you have a raging uti and you’re in agony. Also not keen on collecting my meds when it’s full of people getting their methadone and talking about the best way to con the benefits agency. I kid you not. Depressing.

   Consistently terrible service, they never have anything anyone needs and when they order things and tell you to return they still don’t have it. I went today to get something I was told they would order for today, they said they only had half of what I need and they will order the rest, I got home to look in the bag and realise they completely missed 2 items from my prescription without even mentioning it, I tried to call by phone but the call just rings out without an answer, it’s a disgrace and to be honest it’s been the same for many years.

   It's a nightmare going to this pharmacy. I have had countless times of disappointment trying to pick up my medication. The staffs always have one excuse or the other to give. It's either they are waiting for the key or they are short of staff. I have waisted my time energy and money driving to this pharmacy to pick up my medication for the past two weeks. On Monday I was told it's not ready, only for me to return again this Friday morning and was told that the system is down. What a frustration!!! I have not taken my medication for the past two weeks.

   Staff are incredibly rude, patronising, and uncaring. They would prefer to shout over you, rather than calmly explain an issue; even when they're clearly in the wrong. They've earned their bad reputation in the local area, avoid this pharmacy. Go to boots.

   As an expatriate I have struggled to find a good pharmacy where the staff are kind. The staff in this pharmacy are sweet as pie and so so helpful. I needed help getting my blood pressure done and they did it for me at no cost. Thank you ❤️

   Only been a couple of times but the staff are very helpful and the Pharmacist is very kind happy to spend time explaining to customers all about their prescriptions and explaining ways in which they can save money.
