   Busy pharmacy but very friendly and quick service. Saw the pharmacist who was very knowledgeable and though he couldn’t help, he gave clear instructions on what I needed to do and I was able to follow this and get a prescription and return later. It was closed between 1-2pm so maybe avoid then.

   Appalling service!! I joined a queue of 15 people waiting to be served which, when the pharmacy staff finally stopped chatting to each other and got on with their jobs, took 35 minutes to be seen I was informed that the prescription my GP had emailed to them 5 days previous to my visit was still in the tray and hadn't been done. When I mentioned that I was completely out of my medication all I got was a shrug of the shoulders and I was told that there was 100's of other customers in the same predicament! Terrible service... AVOID!!!

   The male Chinese pharmacist in Tesco is absolutely appalling, his attitude and demeanor towards paying customers is disgraceful, rude and highly unprofessional. He has no place dealing with the general public and he has no place working in Tesco.

   I have been using the Wigan Tesco pharmacy for a few years now, and I can honestly say the whole team are fantastic. Jenny is brilliant and will go that bit extra to help you. I wouldn’t go and where else.

   I have used many pharmacies for my repeat prescriptions and this is the only one that get it right first time every time, occasionally my prescription is not ready but that is down to the doctor not sending it to the right place or not even sending it electronically. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and deal with all my queries with a smile.
