   Absolute shambles . Had my prescription delivered here three times and everytime there’s been an issue . Long queues . Unhelpful miserable staff . Apparently it’s notorious for the long queues . Last visit to pick a prescription up I was in there 40’minutes . It really is appalling. Have now changed to another pharmacy.

   The young man that served me was very apologetic for my wait, which was over an hour. However, my prescription was not ready after a week. Once I asked for it, I was told there would be a 10 minute wait for it to be dispensed, this turned out to be 20 minutes. I would like to say it isn't the staffs fault, but some of it is. My prescription was ready before a gentlemans that had been waiting much longer than me, and another gentleman who hadn't waited as long was served before me. In other words prescriptions were not being done in order. I heard staff politely say to at least two customers after they had queued for at least 30 minutes, that the medication wasn't in and would they like to try another chemist. This was also my third attempt to collect my prescription. Needless to say I will be moving to another Chemist, but it won't be a Boots.

   Not blaming the staff, cos their doing their best. But this must be the worst chemist there is. After a week & a half my prescription still wasn't ready at this chemist. Waited

   Shame there's no zero star, this is the worst chemist in the uk, from missing prescriptions, not having stock, generally not having a clue what's going on, are these people actually trained in anything ? Id sack the lot of them and close it down.

   Nice, polite Staff always helpful. Just had a review of my meds, always declined before thinking it was a waste of time. Amazed at what I what mistakes I was making taking my tablets daily, I had no idea it could be done wrong. If you are asked for a review, have one because it was 5 minutes of a job for me and massively beneficial.
