   I have never net a more ignorant member of staff in the wigan grand arcade shop this morning at 10 30am.next to the pharmacy counter. I approached him was just to ask him had this product in stock.all I got was no words just shaking his head a dozen times.i asked him what does that mean.can he not talk.i cannot believe boots would employ this man.dressed scruffy in a red checked padded shirt.at his age you would think he would have some manners?

   Attempted to collect medication on prescription after popping in yesterday to be advised it wasn’t in stock and collect “after lunchtime.” The staff member might have also indicated early closing on a Saturday… …SMS received this morning at 11:26 to advise item ready. Went in specially to collect at 14:50 only to find out from a member of retail staff that pharmacy closes at 14:00 on a Saturday, Get your act together Boots pharmacy. An indication of pharmacy hours prominently displayed in-store & online might help, but why bother? We’re only customers aren’t we?

   Went in the Grand arcade Boots, collected my order, spent over 70 pound for free gift for the order, the gift was leaking, but the store don't stock it, the lady Shauna couldn't do enough for me, went upstairs and replaced it with similar products, her customer service was impeccable, your store should be proud.

   Yesterday afternoon I returned an electrical item for a refund to the Boots store in the Grand Arcade in Wigan town centre. I spoke with a lovely lady called Janet working on the till. I explained the reason for my return, and she was brilliant. She processed my refund efficiently, and with the minimum of fuss. Janet also corrected the missing points to my advantage card. She was kind, friendly, polite, and patient. She answered all my questions competently and professionally. It was a pleasure to speak with her. I wish all store staff demonstrated the same level of customer service expertise as Janet. Well done to this lady!!

   Called for my repeat prescription, usually very good. Only 2 of the 5 items were available. Was told by the 12 Yr old assistant "the doctors hadn't sent it". I asked what can we do she said "call them" and walked away. I called them to be told boots hadn't in fact ordered the whole prescription, just the two items that were dispensed. You lied boots, you lied. Lost yourself a customer in the process too

   I love Boots, I don't use it that often as generally other places cheaper. It is worth shopping around, boots has good deals on too at times. The shopping experience is always great. Staff are lovely and to be honest I wouldn't mind paying more for the product to receive the service and shopping experience. Boots is handy for the medicine area and pharmacy, plus the sell some lovely products you can't get in other town centre stores. Used to love the soap and glory brand!

   Staff are so lovely here. But I was really disappointed on this occasion because I was overcharged on a number of items. Damaged dry shampoo on the offer shelf for 50p, charged 1.50. Baby clothes on the 50% rail - charged full price. The same with head and shoulders shampoo. Unhappy customer on this occasion
