Came to get a repeat prescription and stood in line. The pharmacist and the tech saw me waiting and then let another patient cut infront of me. Only after he got his prescription did the pharmacist ask someone else to collect my prescription. Pharmacy tech was just stood there. Will not be coming back, so rude.

Had to inform head office how rude and incapable the driver (and office staff) were about following my delivery instructions, also half my order came and never have much in stock, I changed to an online one who gets it here much quicker (day after prescription is put in and they leave it if im not in) totally useless this place won’t be using again, also six of them stood around when I was trying to get a prescription! Phoned them up to complain and lady hung up on me twice. Useless
I have found the chemist to be very helpful and today I rang to get my prescription delivered as I cannot drive at the moment. It was delivered today about 1.00pm by a lovely lady. I am really pleased with this service, excellent!
Rang the pharmacy to ask if my husband’s epilepsy tablets could be delivered as we had both tested positive for covid, he needed them by the next day, to be told sorry the driver is busy can’t guarantee you will have them tomorrow could be the day after that, so helpful NOT, they are epilepsy tablets that he has to take. Need to be a bit more helpful I think
