   Told to call back 20 minutes later to pick up my prescription. Not feeling well at all . Not enough seating . On returning stood at the counter alone waiting another five minutes without being acknowledged by one member of staff . Yes she was busy but could have set she wouldn’t be long . Furious , will not be returning , do not recommend at all . Better off going to a supermarket pharmacist in my opinion

   Booked a flu jab online for husband on 03/10/24. Received confirmation email, but when he arrived at the correct time and date he was told that it was not on the computer and there was no one there to do it. Pathetic service , cannot rely on Boots.
