Turned up to a pre booked flu vaccine appointment for my daughter to be told there was no one available to administer it. How difficult is it to call the number left on the booking in advance to advise that the appointment would have to be cancelled? The lady serving didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience caused.

Perfect if you got time to waste. Always taking ages to find prescription or to be served.

While I understand it is not the fault of the pharmacy that they cannot get a medication I am prescribed I do find it absolutely abhorrent that they did not contact me or my next of kin by phone nor inform my mother who picked up the rest of my prescription that they could not get one and to call my doctors. It took me calling to find out because I was confused why I had only been charged for three items and not four. I dread to think if this was life saving medication for anything and thankfully it is not however this is absolutely disgusting customer service to not even let the person with the prescription know that there is an issue.

This local chemist is an absolute disgrace. It as always been poor, but is definetly getting worse. Called in this Monday around 15:30 with the wife to pick up her urgent prescription. We where welcome with absolutely no electrical power at the premises and in total darkness. The chemist should not have been even open for business breaking Health and safety laws. There were electricians with equipment sprawled all over the floor. With no power obviously the computer system was down. The lady at the counter asked if we had received a text, but obviously there was never going to be a text with all there IT systems down. I explained to her that the chemist should not be open under these conditions. So on the day picked up half the prescription. Today, the wife anxious about the important part of the prescription called the chemist directly. A gentleman advised that the prescription was ready for collection. So less than 5 minutes later the wife went to the chemist and was asked if she had received a text message, but already had it confirmed it was ready. The staff could not find it. It was eventually found by the pharmacist in the out basket. This chemist needs immediate live saving attention. Many thanks for the copy and paste response by the owner.......see review 3 months ago. The electrical work being carried out was an upgrade and not a emergency. The chemist had no power or lights and should not have been operating under these conditions. The service that I witnessed was nothing to do with funding ......just chaotic bad management.

Extremely rude. When asked why medication was missing I was told that GP hadn't sent a prescription. I then asked why it was on the list I hd been given. I was told that the list was a repeat prescription not a current one. I queried this and asked how when I hadn't had this medication before and the reply was "Ha and you're not going to get it now." Changed pharmacies immediately.

Called in for my prescription after receiving a text. Was told by staff initially that they had lost it, then they said it had been picked up by someone else? Eventually they found it. This must be one of the incompetent pharmacies in Warrington. 5 staff all looking lost.

Great local Chemist. I love all the bargains they have too, especially around Christmas time. The back wall is all £1 included branded cleaning and beauty products. The staff are helpful and professional.
