Never had any problems with this pharmacy always very friendly and helpful. The system of ordering your repeat prescription on line and reserving a text when ready is very good. I would say it's excellent not just very good.
Cannot praise this pharmacy enough. I can't get a particular prescription item from my own pharmacy, but Orford have been really helpful in obtaining it for me. I just ring them up, they order it in and I collect it next day. Great service!
I went into the jubilee pharmacy today as I had an appointment for my covid and flu jab. My appointment wasn’t till later in the day but they kindly did this early for me. Also they treated me for an infection straight away. The pharmacists was so kind and considerate I would highly recommend going if you need any help or advice. .
Excellent pharmacy and staff, I even get emails when my prescription is ready yet I never got that at other pharmacy's I used to use, and there are many staff to assist you. Its the best pharmacy I've been too. That's just my experience. I know all the staff well now too and I get my prescription very quickly. Never had a problem here. Very polite & helpful & they give you support & advice if you need it. When any prescriptions aren't there that's down to your doctors not the pharmacy so always go in or call your doctor's if it's not been sent over or there are things missing in your prescription. I've seen pharmacy's blamed in the past but it's not them its your doctor's.
This pharmacy is diabolical. They never open on time, the pharmacist doesn’t turn up until late so you can’t get any scripts or over the counter meds, plus I echo other reviews on here that the staff are extremely rude. It happens so often that they’ve even now made a sign for the door saying ‘No pharmacist yet so can’t issue scripts or otc meds.’ Someone high up in the Rowlands group needs to come and see this place incognito & do something about it. It’s the worst pharmacy in Warrington by a long way.
Well I can safely say iam absolutely disgusted with how iv been treated this week . My prescription is done every Tuesday by the doctors .iam on weekly prescription because unfortunately I tried to end my life last year due to heavy medication and always in pain. The tablets iam on I had to sign a contract for as they are dangerous. Well Friday comes an still no medication so phone the pharmacy to be told bye a very rude lady that.(babe they only do 15 delivery s a day and because iam not over 80 I will have to wait til the following Tuesday. Mt daughters birthday is Monday and there's a high chance il end up in hospital over the weekend as I haven't had any of my 7 different medications even though my tablets are done on a Tuesday. This is how they treat people if there under 80 ! Disgusted is not the word for how I feel towards them now
Staff were absolutely wonderful the manager Dippesh and the dispenser Debra were lovely. The shop was extremely busy and looked as though they were understaffed however they treated us very well and were still very fast with our prescription despite the heavy queues.
I've changed my nominated pharmacy today because I no longer feel comfortable attending orford jubilee, due to the fact the woman with the blonde bob always addresses me with a hostile tone and is abrupt and rude. She could do with learning some customer service skills. So ill take my prescriptions else where.
This used to be a good pharmacy but in the last few years it has gradually gone from the best to the worst, especially after the loss if certain staff members who it would seem clearly carried the place. They have regularly forgotten to put my daughters medication together even though it's a regular order and failed to deliver on a number of occasions putting my daughters life at risk as she is very dependent on her medication. They have repeatedly missed doing my prescription leaving me to go days without and causing me great distress.i have now had to change to an online service to ensure my medication is on time. The staff at Rowlands pharmacy are rude and unsympathetic, they don't show any consideration for their customers care or wellbeing.
