I am type 1 diabetic and therefore require a pharmacy that can respond to the sometimes challenging needs of my condition. I switched to Rowlands after the service I was receiving from my previous pharmacy was found sadly very much lacking. All of the staff at Rowlands have completely restored my faith. They go far and away beyond the extra mile and play an integral part in the management of my condition. Prescriptions are sent direct to them from my GP. I usually receive a text message and usually same day stating that my prescription will be ready to collect in 48 hours. I have never once been let down here and I will add by saying that the service here could not be improved. It really is that good.

The staff in here are completely ignorant, the pharmacy had one singular person waiting in the seating area, i was stood by the counter for around 15-20 mins being blatantly ignored, pharmacists continued to walk past the counter, chatting amongst themselves, Atleast 3-4 members of staff behind the shelving. Another gentleman came in and was openly saying how ridiculous it is to be waiting that long - yet no one bothered still to come to the counter to which the gentleman had then walked out. Poor service, unlike any pharmacy I’ve been to.

If you liked to be ignored by the numerous amount of staff that are there even when they've made eye contact. And then to actually speak to someone to find out they don't have the medication even tho your doctor sent your prescription over days ago. But it's ok they will order it in now for you. Or not even bothered to sort your prescription out until you arrive days after it was put in by your doctor. Basically if you have time you want to waste. THEN THIS IS THE PHARMACIST FOR YOU!!!!!!

I tried several times to ring through with no answer however I think people including myself need to realise that we are in the midst of a pandemic and that it’s the middle of winter and that lots of people are poorly on top of the people that are already needing medication. I think we’re very lucky to even have a pharmacy or drugs that help us to get through this bad time people just need to realise that.

Very Poor Service I Called many times nobody answer the phone and when you reach them they said to you. your prescription ready when you hoing to collect your prescription she said to you come back later .,what a very poor service

The staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, the only downside is the opening hours of 09:00 - 17:30 make it difficult when you work full time, but with a lot of us working from home at the moment it's not as bad
