Haseem was able to find it in the system, and in spite of IT down finished the receipt just in 15 min. No sleepless night , THANK you”

“I never have a problem with this location. The people are always very helpful and go out of their way for me. I was going out of town and needed my perscription before I left. There was a mixup with the order I made using the online form. Which was 100% my fault. I was so surprised and happy they were able to sort it out before I left!! Monisa is always smiling and helpful! However she really went over the top to ensure I got my medication! She is a fantastic example for fantastic customer service.”

I visited our Well Pharmacy at Orford, Tuesday 15 July & was greeted/approached by a lovely meaningful Lady named Lisa, who dealt with my particular needs. On occasions I have been in the shop & witnessed her customer service which is next to none & exceptional in to today's ignorance of some staff, she's in control & puts customers first. Nice people should be made aware & let know Karen”

Was served promptly and the young girl who served me was lovely informing me of an offer on additional points if I have my boots advantage card on an app. She took the time to help me download it and select the offer from which I got £15 of points.”

“Stayed in Newton for a month and came here nearly everyday… Fresh baked goods, solid meat selection, and plenty of fruits/vegs. Coming from Hawaii the prices were absolutely better. The quality of everything blew our minds. Back home there is a lack of “organic” options. Imagine paying $2 for one apple in Hawaii while for 99p you could get six! We spent probably £400-500 here where we would have spent $2,200+ at home for the same stuff.”
