   I was booked in for a flu injection, but on arrival was told they had no injections. I would have thought it only common curtacy to let you know this information via phone call. Also on the subject of phone calls they don't seem to like answering the phone, as they just let it ring and ring, if they do decide to answer, the receiver is picked up and then amediantly put down purposely, so as not to take the call. The staff attitude also leaves alot to be desired in the way customers are spoken too on a daily basis. This chemist needs to be looked into, they seem as though they have a big chip on their shoulders. They're also not managing their calendarvrry properly when it comes to the injections. Please would someone kindly look into all the above mentioned here, as there are real people with real disabilities, mental health and elderly trying to access this chemist facilities. It isn't always the customer doing wrong, sometimes it goes the other way too! Thank you for reading.

   Do not use! ,, staff are pleasant enough but very disorganised, it repeat prescription is over ready in the alotted time or some of it not ordered when ni go to collect. Also booked my flu jab and when arrive on time they say they have run out! Very poor service. Everything i have gone in other customers seem to have the same problems with their prescription not been ready or not fully completed. Terrible.. use to be a great pharmacy up until a few years back.

   Will no longer being using this chemist they are unfit for purpose. They never answer the phone. Rude staff. Always say they have not received a prescription from the doctors when they have had it for days. Would have given it no Stars ✨ if that was possible. They treated an 82 year old lady with no sympathy at all when she was only trying to get a prescription they lied saying they did not have it when all along they did and had forgotten to process it. The lady was so upset

   Would give no stars if possible. Shockingly bad service. Staff rude. Ignorant and obnoxious. Will advise my Doctor to stop sending my repeat prescription to this chemist and will collect and choose my own and receive a better service. Just been waiting over and hour to receive 1 item.

   Not for the first time, ringing them for days to make sure my prescription is actually going to be delivered. My medication runs out today, the phone has just been ringing out now for over half an hour. Avoid this pharmacy.

   Came in on the 7th of December. At 8 in the morning Thought my prescription was sent their by mistake. The lovely lady tracked it for me to where it was,went above and beyond for me thank you. Nick.

   My COVID appt was 11.05 am so I turned up early at 10.55, still sat there at 11.35. Nobody had the decency to explain why they were so late. I eventually came away as I had come out of work on the other side of town. Very poor service and judging by the amount of people who came in and left without prescriptions I'm surprised its still open. Garbage service
