I must say this is the far best pharmacy in Warrington great wonderfull joyous staff very Friendly always helping with a smile I've been here for many many years and I have to say I've enjoyed the great service provided from these amazing staff thankyou goes out to all the staff from Hood Manor Pharmacy ❤️
Never have your full prescription ready even 1 week after the doctors sends it them, including insulin. Never answer the phone. Staff not bothered either. Walk away from you all the time.
I try not to leave negative reviews for businesses but feel it’s necessary here. They consistently got my fathers medication in his blister packs wrong, sometimes omitting a tablet completely. They said they send them down South to be done and maybe that is part of the problem, either way they were not checked properly before sending out to an elderly gentleman, luckily that gentleman is very savvy and noticed each time they were wrong or something was missing, what about the elderly folk that don’t notice!!
I rarely leave bad reviews, but the staff at this pharmacy have left me no choice. They are consistently rude and unhelpful, which is simply unacceptable. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with them. On a previous occasion, I considered reporting them to Trading Standards but refrained out of respect for the neighborhood as we live nearby. However, this time, I will not hesitate to take action. The final straw was when they left my 9-weeks old baby without milk and essential medication. This level of negligence is not only shocking but dangerous. This pharmacy is an absolute disgrace and should be reviewed by the appropriate authorities. I have already contacted the council and will also file a formal complaint with Trading Standards. For the sake of the community, this place needs to be properly investigated and held accountable.
Despite living very close I have decided to change pharmacy due to constant long wait times and issues with prescriptions. Despite ordering repeat presciptions online so they are ready to pick up, 9/10 times the medications have not been ordered days later, meaning I have to return multiple times and wait again. I would go elsewhere if possible.
Worst pharmacy I've ever used. I understand they are under strain as much of the NHS is, but other local pharmacies are a dream to use compared to this one. The long waits would be tolerable if the prescriptions were issued correctly which they usually aren't (check your items before you leave!). Having stood in the queue for hours of my life and hearing the other customers I know I am far from the only one having constant issues. Soul destroying is the word I would use. Avoid at all costs if you need regular prescriptions!
Died of old age waiting for a prescription... Any slower and they'll start go backwards.. changed preferred chemists while I was waiting because it's quicker driving to literally Any other pharmacy in Warrington.
