Clearly don’t care about patients, you arrive to pick up a prescription to be told there is no one there to authorise and will have to come back in an hour, they call you3 hours later to say it’s ready to collect, when you get there they make you wait a further 25 minutes to hand it over.
Never have enough staff, and they serve customer one by one filling prescriptions before even speaking to the next customer. This process takes at least 20 minutes. If anyone from this branch reads these reviews, please, please, please, check every now and then if anyone is queuing just to buy something over the counter. People wanting to be some paracetamol don’t need to wait and hour in a queue for it. They could be served in less than a minute if the staff actually checked what people were waiting for.

Staff here always very friendly and happy to help. I wish it was a little bigger as they don't stock much of what is online, but it is perfect for essentials.
