My mums medication gets dispensed & delivered from you . I’m so dissatisfied with the service at the moment they lie on the phone to you . Also the last 3 months she has constantly had to ring them about her medication . They blame the doctors but I find out that it was them not ordering the prescription till very late we rang on Monday , Wednesday Thursday & Friday . She runs out on Sunday . My mum is 89 years old & shouldn’t have to be worried about her medication . I write this as a concern Daughter.
Shocking outfit who seem to think that they are a law unto themselves! I made an enquiry as to whether they could deliver an urgent prescription the same day. The couldn't. That should have been the end of it. But, no! They advised my GP surgery that I nominated them as my chosen pharmacy and I have just discovered that they also retained my personal details, some of which they have passed on to a 3rd party without my consent.
Wonderful service and advice that has really changed our lives. We strongly recommend them. My wife and I are both on a considerable amount of crucial medication for a number of issues. We just order our prescriptions online from the local doctors. They send them to Click Chemist who usually deliver them immediately or by the next day after receipt. If we are concerned, we phone them and they get in touch with the driver or chase up the prescription. The whole service is FREE to us. We have agreed a safe place for delivery in case we are out. The drivers and administration are very friendly and helpful. I have also received medical advice when requested. Previously, we had to travel a mile each way to collect a prescription. Then queue for some time. Then they asked us to wait 20 minutes. Then push our way to the front of the queue on our return. Click Chemist has totally given us peace of mind and avoided our previous cumbersome and frustrating experience with a local chemist. Now, with Click Chemist those days are over. Happy Days.
I have only been using this pharmacy for a couple of months but felt I must write a review. The service is excellent, from first contact with the pleasant staff on the telephone, Emily, El and John are extremely helpful and Tina the manager always goes above and beyond, and pharmacists very knowledgeable, even the staff who hand deliver the medication are first class. Can highly recommend

I love the service and the lady that drops my medication off is really nice. however if there is an issue the book is passed on to the gp. trying to explain your sending me to many tablets foe weeks and weeks now but they won't listen if fact quite rude about it when attempting to explain that I'm being given to many tablets.
Click Chemist.... Cannot thank you enough for your help in sorting out a prescription that's taken 2 weeks to get from GP, AND delivered to me within an hour of finally getting GP sign-off! Ang needs highlighting as she went above and behind. Highly recommended. ❤️
After many disappointing chemist experiences around Warrington I’m pleased to have found click chemist. They are by far THE BEST. Super friendly staff, genuinely caring people, unbelievably efficient and good at what they do. With so much of the healthcare system failing and having to fight and chase whilst already sick, it’s refreshing to find a team that work so incredibly hard and successfully provide an outstanding service; which takes a lot of the stress out of the repeat prescription process. Wouldn’t change chemist’ if you paid me. Thank you to everyone there!!!
