Very busy place but nice staff had my flu jab they apologised for the wait.Twn.minutes everything done :-) ! Asda cancelled it when I got there because they didn't have the vaccine, u couldn't make it up ! Go to Cohen's !
Red haired young girl is so rude - doesn’t say hi, please, thanks and ignores you. Also don’t have the medicine ready even though the GP app gives a time and date to collect, which creates a queue. Have now changed pharmacy as it was an unpleasant experience
Great place, staff are all very nice and helpful it's always busy but they always do a great job, prescriptions always done on time or early even when it's a rush job I can walk 2 mins from the doctors and they sort out meds right away
Friendly service, were able to source a difficult prescription quickly that others couldn't which really helped. Will definitely be using Cohens from now on.

Staff are friendly, polite and sort out your prescriptions as quickly as they can, sometimes are busier than others, but overall cant rate the staff higher.
Awful my wife has just been in paid 20 pounds to have her prescription sent to them they couldn't find it on there system and despite my wife having an e-mail confirming the prescription she refused to help my wife's in agony the women said if I can't find the prescription no one can arrogant a**ehole !
Staff always helpful and pleasant, but why they don't make up the electronic prescriptions in advance, rather than wait for the customer to turn up then preparing it (c. 10-15 mins) makes no sense at all. Unfortunately not at all efficient.
What a waste of time. This chemist accepts electronic prescriptions. Unfortunately they then wait until you go into the chemist before making them up. What is the point of having a speedy delivery system if you don't make the prescription up? You end up having to wait 10 to 20 mins for the prescription they received days ago. I left and went to Tesco where everything is waiting when I get there. Even get a text to say they are ready.
Pharmacist needs to go on an intensive customer service course. He needs to remember that a chemist is a business and not a service provided for the greater good. I have never been spoken to as a customer in such a dismissive way.
