Professional service & Pharmacist provides good medical advice & recently advised that I urgently needed to see my GP regarding insect bites on leg. Staff always helpful and polite.
Very helpful recently when GP left off an item and it was weekend, getting me an emergency supply. Texting when ready is good too. Keep up the good work.

This pharmacy always sends a text alert when my prescription is ready, which is super convenient. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. There's usually a bit of a wait to pick up, but overall I still highly recommend this place!

Prescription never ready when they should be ..today qued 15 minutes only to be told my tablets are out of stock! Been a week now with No tablets !! John.
Absolutely shocking. There are some lovely staff. But I feel sorry for the lead pharmacist. Such a disappointment that I have to leave after a prescription being checked by two people. One of the boxes came with absolutely nothing in it. I wouldn’t mind if it was even in the same bag with my regular meds, but separately sealed. Then they don’t believe you because you didn’t keep that box, except the I owe you prescription of the same meds in a different mg, which they can’t source. But the others which they can some how jump out of a box two people have checked. Now they won’t give me them. Disappointed and changed my nominated pharmacy.
Been to this Pharmacy a good few times as live in Woolston I find the service there to be very poor as there always seems to be 3 staff taking care of one Prescription & no one tending the Till for purchases. It needs a good shake up & employ younger motivated staff
Very good, friendly, helpful lady pharmacist. I had stopped getting my scrip here several years ago due to incompetence.! Items out of stock, or only partly fulfilled. On one occasion I had been waiting in store for my script for around forty minutes, when I finally asked about the wait I was told the pharmacist had had to go out on an emergency! I had just heard him tell the assistant that he was going to lunch!!!
my opinion is bad very bad pharmacy is terrible they never have drugs in stock. and when you order from them, they give substitutes, even though I asked for the drug that is on the prescription and received a replacement.
