   It’s filthy. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Some have been ok in the past but it depends who’s in. Advice is poor. Medicine is never ready.

   worst pharmacy in warrington, staff en professional, manager rude behaviour and too much attitude, last one year have so many problems with this pharmacy, I don't change because near my home but now I going to change pharmacy, even district nurses told me about this pharmacy is worst.

   I have to say I've sprained my arm very badly & it's so painful. I visited our Well Pharmacy at Orford, Tuesday 15 July & was greeted/approached by a lovely meaningful Lady named Lisa, who dealt with my particular needs. On occasions I have been in the shop & witnessed her customer service which is next to none & exceptional in to today's ignorance of some staff, she's in control & puts customers first. Nice people should be made aware & let know Karen

   Took a trip to capsthorne road pharmacy as I desperately needed medication I’m now on day 5 without my antidepressants I am now very very poorly, because they wasn’t open over Easter weekend and I could only collect them well today, I go to the door, it was locked and on the door said something about them waiting for a pharmacist sorry for the inconvenience…I’m sorry? I’ve seen elderly stand outside this pharmacy waiting! For one them to open on the right time! Two wait for them to have an excuse to stick on the door when quite clearly there are other staff fannying around with medication! I have no choice but to choose this pharmacy for my medication because I cannot walk far because of fibro! I’m autistic/ADHD and to ring them is a different story!

   Been in twice to pick up my dads medicine, to be told both times it’s a hour wait. They said they would deliver, which they never did! Plus when I rang up to explain it was his heart medication… they never picked up the phone! Rubbish! Management needs to sort this chemist out…. And find out what the issues are!

   Staff couldn't even process my prescription they gave it to my granddaughter to get it processed somewhere else im 81 and have a chest infection because of covid I agree with other people they never answer the phone and are rude

   Preseciption is apparently never there until I prove on my doctors app it has ans then suddenly they find it. There is always a problem of some sort and dont get me started on trying to phone them up!! Rude staff and the pharmacist might as well be whispering and wonders why nobody heres him shouting for the prescriptions!!

   Does any member of staff know how to pick up a phone, I've actually been stood in there when 1 of them lifted and put it straight down. My 85 yr old nana has rang 97 times today because they've missed 8 items of her prescription AGAIN, 1 being warfarin which is life and death medication. Absolutely useless every member of staff.
