Can’t rely on deliveries coming when they say they will. Lovely people on the phone and very helpful but on more than one occasion our delivery has not arrived on time. This has had a negative impact as appointments have had to be cancelled and clients lost. The death of small business!! Having to look for an alternative supplier.
We have dealt with several pharmacies over the years but Fox is the best with their customer service. We had a major issue with delivery which was not foxes fault but they resolved it immediately. They have super helpful staff that answers phone out of working hours, something that is totally unheard of these days! Ladies we are very impressed with your work ethics.
Always a great service. No matter how many calls I make to ask for advice, I am always greeted with friendly, patient staff. Jackie in particular has been a great help to me. The delivery service is fantastic and super reliable. I've had no issues with delivery whatsoever. Products are also great. I only order from here. Overall, a great company to work with.
