Gave pharmacy my phone number to text my number when prescription is ready. Twice in less than a month they phoned me about my tablet prescribed by the doctors and not them

Worst pharmacy in Warrington, staff look at you as if you shouldn’t be there, every time I go I have to shout them because they they just look up and ignore you.total ignorant ‘so so .I only use it because it’s seems to be the only place I can get a certain medication.

Unhelpful and aggressive pharmacist. Got referred through 111 and the pharmacist was aggressive off the bat, suspicious, repeating himself over and over and didn’t give me time to explain my situation (I couldn’t get a word in.) Had already run out of my prescription and desperately needing my tablets and he didn’t offer any alternative other than no. He kept going on at me and eventually I just hung up the phone as it seemed like it was going nowhere and I didn’t want to get into an argument. He then called me back from a mobile number (???) to initially say he could refer me through an out of hours practitioner and then immediately went into lecturing me about not hanging up the phone. I said I hung up as I didn’t want to get into an argument and I don’t want to be called back to be lectured about it and we just both hung up at that point. Totally bizarre and unprofessional experience. It’s not like he was initially friendly and then he became aggressive over the course of the interaction, he just was from the outset and continued to be. I used to work in the NHS myself and I wouldn’t dream of behaving like that, especially with not allowing the patient to explain themselves or only floating other possibilities of helping them but making them sit through being spoken aggressively to first. Anyway, back to square one with no prescription. Frustrating waste of time.

No wonder this pharmacy gets such terrible reviews. All the staff look haggard and annoyed , clearly their lack of enthusiasm shows in how they deal with customers , rude , think they are better than everyon. I even heard one sigh and complain about having to do their job as i approached. They were extremely rude to my pregnant fiancé going as far as calling her a liar !!! Too cowardly to give me their names , my fiance who ususlly the nicest most polite person i know was so upset she gave them a piece of her mind ... not that i think they cared enough to listen , whoever is in charge there i hope you take some of the critisism on board , and dont even get me started on the actual pharmacist . Most pharmacies the pharmacist actually cares and wants to help , this guy seems to care more about hos appearance and hiding in the back shying away from work. I rareoy review but to upset a pregnant woman and call her a liar is despicable .... awful people - oh and to echo the sentiments of all the other bad reviews yes the staff are lazy and useless as they hide in the back chatting away

In severe pain so my gp had prescribed emergency medication with increased pain relief and supplied another medication to support this. I was told it wouldn’t be ready until this afternoon, I explained I had to get to work and was in severe pain and asked why it couldn’t be done whilst I wait. Was told ‘dunno it just can’t’. Was given my prescription back to go elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous seeing as the other staff were stood in the back chatting. There was a customer at the side of me enquiring about emergency birth control. I know because the dispenser was talking so loudly, and rudely, everyone could hear. Rude and zero confidentiality. Do better Tesco

When I called for my prescription today it was closed. They have my prescription and now I'm left with no tablets. Surely this is a health service they shouldn't be able to close at short notice and prevent people taking there medication.

They refused to take old and out of date drugs from me because its too expensive to get shut of them. Was tempted to just throw them in a tesco bin but decided to take them to another pharmacy who gladly took them. Plus, they take their time to serve you. One lady walked away before me, she got sick of waiting.

Thank you for excellent service, Haseem for sorting out an emergency prescription for my 5 years old! 25th October 18.30 - an emergency prescription issued by the doctor, they sent me a text with the wrong prescription I'd. Haseem was able to find it in the system, and in spite of IT down finished the receipt just in 15 min. No sleepless night , THANK you

Horrible ...pls do not go ..I went to pharmacy when my baby had diarrhoea. Initially I was told that I can have diuralite, then told I can't...I was told to only give calpol to my 8 month old when I asked for a solution like diuralite which very much exists. Went through the holiday without it...the pharmacist did not even walk up to check on the baby...
