They have a fresh brand new shop in Birchwood, so we booked in for a flu jab, only to get a phone call 45 minutes before saying they've ran out of vaccines, my husband booked time off for our early morning appointment, and now we're trying to get hold of them for a refund that says it can take up to 10 days to appear back in the bank. Appalling...

I never have a problem with this location. The people are always very helpful and go out of their way for me. I was going out of town and needed my perscription before I left. There was a mixup with the order I made using the online form. Which was 100% my fault. I was so surprised and happy they were able to sort it out before I left!! Monisa is always smiling and helpful! However she really went over the top to ensure I got my medication! She is a fantastic example for fantastic customer service.
Quite surprised at poor reviews. Much quicker thanLloyds but usually queue. Phone system needs review as can never get through.
I got really bad infection doctor prescribed me 2 tablets 4 time a day for 10 days which is 80 tablets they gave me 40 Im a day without the antibiotic now and infection came back and is really bad now. I know mistakes happens but normally mistake I would say 1 or few tablets missing and not half of them.
Terrible, under staffed pharmacy. Queue for 30 mins to be told to come back in 30 mins for medication then have to join the queue again for another 30 minutes
Absolutely horrific pharmacy. Pharmacists are unhelpful, patronising, and rude. They never answer the phone, instead they just disconnect the calls. Staff couldn’t care less if you got your medication or not. They give me half of my prescription, that I have to start taking on Sunday, and I need with me whilst I go abroad on Monday. The lady told me I should received a text tomorrow as they will sort this out for me. No text, they won’t answer the phone and I’m left panicking about not having enough medication to last me my holiday!
This pharmacy has seriously deteriorated in the last few years. Went in to collect a prescription that has been prescribed for a week (unable to order any earlier) yet is still not ready. They have no care towards the repercussions of missing this daily medication. Queue is always out of the door, staff are always chatting with each other behind the counter despite the long queue. I feel somewhat sorry for the staff and I understand that it’s not their fault that they are working without enough support. However I will never deal with this pharmacy ever again and I advise if you are looking to get your medication ordered to here, do not.
