   Having been let down by two other local pharmacies, I was expecting disappointment with my script, as this is quite a small place. However, not only did they have all my meds, they were very polite and professional. First class service. Their prices in the shop part also reasonable.

   The poorest quality pharmacy I’ve ever used. Had various pharmacies as my nominated over the years but this one is hands down the worst. Consistently unavailable items, only part of the required amount when actually in stock, staff idling about in the back when the queue is through the door, the list goes on. Local people use this pharmacy out of support, not convenience (no parking, no wheelchair access through front door etc.). Perhaps improve your service and more people will be inclined to ‘save the local pharmacy’ and sign your petition…though the collection of passive aggressive notices surrounding the till might still prevent this.

   One horrid Friday morning, feeling worried and upset and unsure of what was going to happen next after feeling off for a few weeks and nearly passing out on two occasions. I entered this pharmacy asking for a simple blood pressure check. I was told by 2 people at the same time in a very abrupt manner that basically they were too busy. They'd just opened, there was something they needed to do in the back, they were waiting on another member of staff to arrive. I needed to go back. When I asked what time the response was, what's the best time for you. I sent an email to head office to complain about the way I was treated as I felt like they just didn't care. No response. I've now found another wonderful pharmacy that I have to travel to rather than it being on my doorstep. Worth every second! Disappointed, uncared for, ignored and sad is how I feel. Very disappointed.

   Crucial medication has been missing a few times on separate occasions (with no apology recieved) and I get the blame because I 'didn't check the prescription bag whilst there' - I shouldn't need to check it!! Instead of sorting out the prescription you've asked for, they stand there talking to each other (about things unrelated to work) knowing you're waiting, whilst you stand there like a lemon - it's ok, just have your conversation together, it's not like I have anywhere to be!! Not forgetting the times I've called on the phone and they've answered the phone laughing!! Clearly I've interrupted your very busy work day!!! Bring back Barbara I say!!

   Used to be really good but too many major mistakes! 1st being I was given wrong dosage of a serious medication which I had taken for a month before realising! 2nd..there was wrong amount given to me causing me having to put in for repeat prescription early and 3rd a 12 month prescription on n that would be out of date 3 months before the 12 months is up! These are simple checks that should be made before giving out. Feel awful doing this review but these mistakes could seriously affect someone else, C Check everything before you leave thereHECK EVERYTHING before you leave there

   Whent for my prescription7th oct , put in on 21st sept, they said surgery have not sent back. after looking on the computer it had not been sent to surgery .this is now happened to me 3 times now . all I got was verbal abuse for a suggestion told to leave and get out and don't come back I left with with no medicine which was very urgent to me the pressure sure got to some one that day since then found another pharmacist I will not darken there doors again and with me I take 3 people cheers for nothing 31 years down the drain ps/ I had to give 1 star or it would not send

   Rude staff! Found that this place has very rude staff I’ve been here a few times now to collect prescriptions and just purchase medicines. I find there staff abrupt and not friendly. Would rather go out my way to hood manor from now on
