   Was with the built in chemist within my doctors st heath medical centre, never let you know when perscriptions was sent over or ready, constantly ringing to see if in , so moved over to Boots in the village, 100% better service & texted when ready & waiting for you instead of being told come back in 30 minutes Excellent move/ lovely staff Thank you

   They lie about prescriptions always blame the surgery The most unhelpful unprofessional service ever Staff attitudes stinks All about how much money they can make from your prescription If your elderly Avoid at all costs because they will cause you lots of unnecessary stress and treat you like you have no capacity because your of a certain age Never ever get an hello or even a smile

   Rang the pharmacy about a painful arm after hurting it after having no luck getting a doctors appointment (being advised to go to A&E) and not much help when ringing NHS direct. My daughter advised ringing a pharmacy and spoke to the nicest lady in Boots Stockton Heath who was really helpful with her advice on what was best to do.
