   I received I great service at this pharmacy when my little boy needed antibiotics and our doctor's surgery had no appointments left. I rang the pharmacy to enquire about it, had an interview about the issue and was told to come in to collect the antibiotics. I was amazed with how easy, hassle free and pleasant service this was. Many thanks to the lady at the front desk who told me about such service being available at this pharmacy when I visited before.

   Every single time I come to collect my prescription, the service is shockingly poor. The staff, particularly the ladies at the counter, seem to deliberately ignore customers. I've had to stand there for about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledges my presence. When someone finally decides to serve me, they take another 10 minutes to go upstairs, only to come back and tell me it will be another 10 minutes for my prescription to be ready. The worst part is, my prescription was sent on Friday morning and here we are on Wednesday late afternoon, and it's still not ready! This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. The lack of efficiency and customer care is baffling. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone – avoid it if you can!

   They don't open until gone 9.30 had to go back to work came back at lunch time and they are closed for lunch, probably the only time that working people can get to them. Useless service might as well not be there.

   It's a shame most of the staff on the pharmacy counter are obnoxious even to the savers shop staff even though they all work in the same unit and also for the same company
