    There was space to park just outside and I did not have to wait long for my dog to have a health heck and his annual vaccination and Kennel Cough vaccination. I was able to purchase flea and worm treatments for 3 months. Although it was further for us to travel, we saw the same Vet as usual. The records were available on computer too. I was very satisfied with the service.

    I've been going here for a few years....Nice staff... easy to park...but.....more expensive than the vets at cockhedge!!.. maybe time for a change?

    Booked an appointment this morning for 2.40 today. The person who took my call failed to mention they were actually at Beech House vets. Just stood outside Bridgefoot vets for half an hour, with 3 other customers. Door locked. Sign clearly states open 2.30 to 4.30. Upon calling again, no apology, simply told Bridgefoot closed today and tomorrow. You have just lost 4 (!) customers. Sort out your customer service and your communication.
