Ordered two feeding bowls that were totally different in perspective to the picture. Trying to return, they are trying to charge me, even though it was sold through Amazon.
Bought a 'large ' litter tray from here via Amazon which with the rim on it made it a lot smaller than I wanted. They agreed to take it back but when I enquired about my refund they claimed not to have had the item returned. I sent photographs of my postage receipts, no response. E-mailed and sent the photographs again a few weeks later, still no response. Initial order was in October so plenty of time for my item to have found its way back by now. Bad customer service.
I ordered the large cat scratching post over the phone. Hassle-free, polite customer service. Item arrived next day. Very good quality and my pet loves it. Would recommend.
Ordered a cork board (reasonably priced) from this company on the 28th June. Emailed me the same day to say it’s been dispatched and will be with me shortly. Then there was a problem with delivery, something they were very apologetic about and kept offering me a refund or compensation, no quibble. That is not the kind of reaction you come to expect these days so it was a welcome surprise, if not unnerving! Anyway, I declined and opted for my cork board which will be delivered during the week These are good people.
Ordered a small hooded cat litter tray. Was delivered the next day. Great quality product. The cheapest I could find online. Very Happy with the price, the service and quality of product. 5 stars from me.
