Absolute joke of a shop just been in then went straight to the till to purchase tobacco not one server on the tills, I waited a good few mins still no one come to serve me got ignored by the worker who was stacking shelves, staff here are so unprofessional and not a clue about customer service!
One till assistant in here is so rude and unhelpful Especially to the elderly who struggle to put there shopping away think the manager needs to retrain her in being a Shop ASSISTANT and kindness costs nothing.
Shocking behaviour. No lottery machine no fags being sold 10 mins before the shop shuts ? Because they was rushing to close ? Bad attitude from till staff. Area manager needs to have a good talk with the staff at this coop. The girl with bad fake tan has a serious attitude and the manager was working too. Wow definitely not the best coop I have been too
I used to work for the Kwik Save f/v back in the day, with betty butler as our boss. They was the best times some of the staff like Emma, Helen, Lorraine, omg forgot loads lol
Only went in for a few bits. Got what I needed. As it's the car park for fuzzy eds also.
Co op is clean. There are baskets and a sanitizing station before you shop. The aisles are always clear in here and everything I shop for has been labelled and is tidy on the shelves. Staff are very helpful and very pleasant. Never had a bad experience in this store. The prices can sometimes be a little higher than the other stores, for the items I buy, however, I use the App and get money off coupons which are usuallly relevant to the items I buy and a membership discount on certain goods so for a small shopping trip works out fine. Theres never been a queue outside and the parking is good.
Went in a few minutes ago to cash in a scratchcard only to be told rather rudely by a woman called Jill that she can't do it cos part of the bar code was ripped. She didn't even attempt to try and was on her own serving with a queue. She needs training to do her job properly. Will go to Asda, they're much more helpful.
The staff in this shop are amazing! Especially a man called Damien, really nice genuine guy. My daughter loves speaking to him and he always makes us feel so welcome. The Coop wouldn't be the same without him. Makes a trip to the shops something special by just giving that extra mile everytime. Really nice guy and excellent at Customer services.
