Busy at this time of year. But friendly staff & good selection of goods. Car park can get quite busy too & it's a bit awkwardly designed. But great place to shop, try early in the morning. Cafe is excellent too.

Car park is a little crazy, shop was tidy, loads of stuff available in this larger store. No queue for self-checkouts or for the tills with a cashier.
Lovely store wide range of stock also has a cafe but think the ordering system needs rethinking. I only wanted drinks but took 15 minutes as 3 members of staff seemed overwhelmed with order trays covering the counter. Over all good value for money

Great place to get most of the things you need for the home. I would suggest shopping there first and then look elsewhere if they don't have what you want. Cheeper is not always worse especially when you need to cut back on your costs.
Everybody needs a shop like this sometime. We went in for shampoo and came out with a set of car mats and a Hairy Bikers toasties maker!! Big carpark. Low prices.
Spacious, open shop. A large variety of products and at a reasonable price. In a good location, with adequate parking, including disabled spaces.
Just absolutely love HB. The range of goods and quality are actually very good. Seasonal products and one off product offers are super. Cafe too and really cheap and tasty just love shopping here and with the current price hike with the cost of living crisis only makes me love this shop more. Very reasonable on the purse.
