I was greeted at reception by Andrea who welcomed me and offered me coffee because I was waiting for the repair. Half an hour later, the mechanic Karl came in to tell me that he had replaced a fuse and all was now working. He then took me to my car and gave me a 15 minute tutorial on the apps that were connected to it and how to get the most from them. As he was replacing the covers which had to be removed I went to settle my account. NO CHARGE was the response. Magnificent customer service. Thank you David Paul and the team. “Very easy to deal with and excellent workmanship, would still be using these fellas if I still lived locally. They diagnosed and fixed a faulty valve on a MK8 Fiesta ST exhaust valve. The part I needed replacing was only available to buy from Ford as part of a larger kit (&therefore a large price) , so they recommended to shop the local breaker’s yards for the specific device I needed , which worked a treat. Once I had the part, they fixed the issue. Top service!”
