“Thank you to all the mechanics at Bullet Car Repairs. Following a breakdown, they were recommended to me by an RAC rep. They waited after their closing time for me to arrive- for which I am so grateful! They ran their diagnostics on my car and sent me a clear, informative video detailing exactly what was wrong, along with a competitive quote. They completed the work in a timely manor and were unbelievably kind and friendly throughout. Since this repair, I have returned twice with some different issues that have arisen with my car. When I have arrived, they have made time in their busy schedules to take a look at what is worrying me and advised me that an expensive repair is not required. They are very trustworthy and are 100% the garage I will be using in the future.”

“Took my BMW X3 to David Paul yesterday. The cigarette lighter connection wasn't working, my mobile phone wouldn't connect and the radio wasn't play. I was greeted at reception by Andrea who welcomed me and offered me coffee because I was waiting for the repair. Half an hour later, the mechanic Karl came in to tell me that he had replaced a fuse and all was now working. He then took me to my car and gave me a 15 minute tutorial on the apps that were connected to it and how to get the most from them. As he was replacing the covers which had to be removed I went to settle my account. NO CHARGE was the response. Magnificent customer service. Thank you David Paul and the team. See you again when my service is due.”
