   Called in today with no appointment to check my tyres due to going on a long journey over Christmas, Ant checked them out for me and reassured me that all was fine with all four of my tyres. Checked my tyre pressures, and sent me on my way all free of charge. What wonderful service! I can now relax and enjoy my Christmas without worrying about my journey. Thanks again!

   Absolute life savers to the lads who were working today , after my car ended up with a massive hole in the side wall of the tyre whilst I was out driving , meanin it needed a full new tyre , lad couldn't have been anymore helpful to me even tho he was busy well fully booked but managed to squeeze me in and change the tyre for me within an hour , amazing service and a very thankful mum with two babies in my car xx saved my day thanks again xx sorry again u didn't catch the lads name xx

   Excellent service last minute booking and no messing on arrival either. Alloys were all full refurbed last year and they took care in removing he old tyres and fitting the new ones. Hubs and contact surfaces all cleared up and wheel correctly torqued back up. Will definitely be back.

   Absolutely impeccable service from Carl, Joey & Dan. Im a motability customer & they couldnt of been more helpful or accomodating if they tried. My car is very important to me in terms of independence. Due to a nail in my tyre i was attempting to book in but unfortunately there were no appointments available online. After speaking with Carl they managed to fit me in & i genuinely could not be more grateful. They are a great team that provide A* customer service & obviously dealt with my tyre quick & efficiently. Would highly recommend!!

   I was seen straight away and my tyre problem and wheel realignment was sorted out very quickly. The member of the team who dealt with me was extremely kind and caring as I was away from home and in a place unfamiliar to me when the tyre pressure problem arose.    The guys on the Causeway have always done a great job for me and done what I needed doing, no fuss. Iv had tyres and wheels changed there several times and always been happy with them. The boys will make the right decisions for your car and give you honest advice. I recently asked them to put a set of winter wheels and tyres on my car for me in preparation for driving in the Alps. After trying them, they found the wheels were marginally out and while they may go on, there was a risk of them coming off and advised… despite their time spent, against using them. They delivered a tough message and did right by me, my family, and my car. Cheers boys : ) I will be in again for a valued service.

   Great service and customer care from Ian today. I’d noticed that my car felt as though the tyres were soft but the tyre pressures all registered as within limits on my dashboard computer. Also the car seemed really heavy on the steering. Then I had to do an emergency stop and it took longer than I believed it should to actually stop. So I checked the tyres and despite them being new only 6 months ago they were below the legal limit. Couldn’t believe they’d warn so fast. I needed new tyres immediately and couldn’t find a garage who could fit me in with just 24 hours notice. I called several Kwik for garages and got nowhere. I was about to give up hope, it was almost 5pm on Saturday evening when I called this Kwik Fit centre. I spoke to Ian and he was brilliant. He asked me to take the car down first thing in the morning and he’d look at it to see what the issue was. He told me they were fully booked but promised to get me back in the road on the same day. Turns out that my wheel alignment was way out. Two new tyres and wheels perfectly aligned. Drives like a brand new car! Thank you for your excellent service and customer care.

   I went today for a booked appointment for two tyres to be replaced. Arrived 30 mins early, so I said I was happy to wait as I knew I was early. Two and a half hours later my car is ready to take home. I check my boot and the locking wheel nut was there, but not the bag and nuts it was with. The mechanic said that was how he found it. I said no, he insisted it would have just been a bag with a bar code on it, I said no we need to find it. He speaks to his colleague and comes out with the bag and 4 wheel nuts. No apologies. Please everyone check you car before you leave. No apologies for the long wait either.
