   Absolutely outstanding garage. Firstly, kindly changed a bulb for me, had trouble with a new bulb fitting and it actually turned out that I needed 2 bulbs. This second was sorted with no hesitation for me. Secondly, outstanding service, for a service. I've had Covid and been unwell and the guys have done nothing but meet me with understanding, whilst we've had to reschedule the service. Lovely garage. Lovely staff. Excellent. I can't ever see me going anywhere else. Competitive pricing too which is unbelievable. Highly recommend this great garage!

   I can't rate these guys higher. My diesel van needed a repair and diagnostic with some urgency, so I could collect my caravan by a scheduled date. They correctly diagnosed an injector problem (despite a diesel injector specialist testing and saying they were ok). They prevented the unnecessary replacement of the fuel pump, which saved me a fortune. They also completed my MOT allowing me to collect my caravan. Good communication and fair pricing. I shall return, hopefully with less urgency next time.

   Great garage with outstanding service! The engine light had come on in my car on my way to work, they managed to squeeze me in and let me drop it off on my lunch break, I was sent a video explaining and showing everything wrong with the car and what would be needed to fix it along with a price up, this was very reassuring as I have no idea about cars! The team went above and beyond and got my car fixed for me to collect at 5 as they knew I was working till 9 and didn’t want me to get the train back to Liverpool on my own. Definitely going to become a loyal customer here, as a young girl new to the area I have been very wary about getting ripped off at the garage so I’ve struck gold finding a friendly and trustworthy team :) thanks so much to Steven and Brett and the rest of the team !!

   Thank you to all the mechanics at Bullet Car Repairs. Following a breakdown, they were recommended to me by an RAC rep. They waited after their closing time for me to arrive- for which I am so grateful! They ran their diagnostics on my car and sent me a clear, informative video detailing exactly what was wrong, along with a competitive quote. They completed the work in a timely manor and were unbelievably kind and friendly throughout. Since this repair, I have returned twice with some different issues that have arisen with my car. When I have arrived, they have made time in their busy schedules to take a look at what is worrying me and advised me that an expensive repair is not required. They are very trustworthy and are 100% the garage I will be using in the future.

   Excellent job on my Audi A5 Sportback. Oil and filters done no problems. Dropped it off had a walk into town for a bit then picked up sweet as a nut. Defo use again as price was good and no hanging around although they have a PS4 if you wanna wait. Thanks
