What a great experience. We had been car shopping elsewhere all day. Initally we went in to this dealership it was abit chaotic. We were sent in a direction to go and check out the car we wanted, but we didnt know where she was pointing to. However this was quickly resolved by Andy who took us to the car and talked us through it all. We had our test drive with Charlotte who was fantastic, very patient and lovely. One of the highlights for us was we had to bring our 2 girls. They were very much entertained by the great childrens area. Very helpful. Andy and Charlotte were great. Very knowledgable. It was an easy transaction, although they had not labelled keys up correctly upon returning to collect vehicle, had tried to give me 2 set that were not mine, before having to go back inside to find my key. All in all a good service though
