I waddled in yesterday, 9 months pregnant with 3 little girls, it was pouring down and I had hit a pot hole on the way to get on the motorway and my car had an ominous rattle. Everyone was so kind and friendly and sorted me out super quickly so we were able to get home.
3rd time I have used these guys for my motohome MOT. Faultless service from booking to picking up. Thanks everyone and see you next year!!
Worst experience in my life. Absolutely disgusting, unprofessional and extremely rude service. We have booked our van for a diagnostic in person with their rude and unprofessional receptionist only to arrive 7 AM in the morning for our appointment finding out that we are not booked in. The gentleman who was there was also very rude agreed to accept our van. They did a diagnostic charged a fortune for it and advised that they are fully booked up for the next couple of weeks and we have to wait for the repair. It was obvious they didn’t want to deal with us. The van was not in drivable condition. We have arranged another service man to look at the van and take it away from this awful place but they refused to give him the keys from our own vehicle and to look at it stating “health and safety reasons” We ended up hiring a recovery and took it to a proper and professional service centre who fixed it in no time. I am still shocked and disgusted how this place treated us. AVOID AT ALL COST !!!
Dropped off motorhome for MOT at agreed time and was contacted when ready. Will use again next year.
After driving 20 miles for MOT which was booked a week earlier, I was told to leave my can until evening. If I knew it when I called to book I wouldn't have to spend an hour for nothing!
Called to book an MOT the day before due date in a panic. The guys were really accommodating, called me to let me know how the car had done. They also hurried the repairs for me so I could get the car back in time for the school run. Repairs were reasonably priced as well as the MOT itself. Excellent customer service! I sometimes feel intimidated walking into a garage but they were very friendly and welcoming. Booked our other car in now too! Thanks again guys!
These guys helped me out a few months back with some electrical issues and with the brakes on my van. The issues were solved on the same day and not had any trouble since, so I booked the van in for its mot with them. These guys were super friendly and I'd definitely recommend them. Will be returning here!
