Arrogant staff in office asked we asked for one thing they made completely wrong thing and took the money! They could nt be bothered! Would not recommend this company!
Drove a 400mile round trip to collect a shower pod, upon arrival the pod appeared damaged and had multiple defects in the clear coat. The shower pod looked deformed, extremely thin and lacked any reinforcement. No replacement pod was available and when I questioned quality control I was told mistakes happen and shrugged off. No offers made for any compensation for the fuel and when I enquired I was informed that a full refund cost them £100 so I should be happy at that. Prior to collecting the pod, I was promised for 3 weeks that the pod was in the mould which it clearly never was, the product I was presented with was a damaged item because the young lad who tried to load it onto the van said it had already been in once to be repaired! Disgusting customer service, product and quality control.

Ordered a door lock security plate via eBay for my Peugeot Boxer. Arrived quickly and is a quality product. I think what's lead me to leaving this review is the detailed instructions that came with the plate. Detailed and very simple to follow. Superb all round!
Dave gave me practical advice for additional security for my camper and we came tot the conclusion door lock plates would provide an improvement, no overselling (much appreciated). Took his advice and ordered pro plates fitted, Office called and arranged date and time and Engineer arrived spot on (7.30 am!) and fitted in 45 minutes; took the time to explain the product and how it would be fitted, very good quality product and service, it might not have been a big ticket item but if this is the service for the little jobs I think you're in good hands here.
