They also spotted a chip in the passenger door paintwork that hadn't been included in the original quote and touched it in while they were sorting the rest of the car. And they're totally honest, other garages have advised on things needing doing to get it through it's MOT (totalling £2100 and offering a 3 month payment plan) that's when I found these who advised it was all nonsense and just needed my tyres doing and it passed with 1 advisory. Other visits have always been the same, honest advice even if it may not be the most expensive option for me. I've pointed friends and colleagues their way and they've all had the same experiences. A replacement battery was ordered whilst I wait and was delivered under 45mins. I went back home with a new battery. Saving me time not to come back the next day.”
