   My vehicle went to have the air con re-gassed, filter changed etc. This garage was recommended by someone that my husband works with. When I returned to my vehicle it was left open and when I got my key back and started it, the open bonnet message was displayed! Why would the person carrying out the work not ensure that the bonnet was closed properly and why on earth would you leave my vehicle unlocked?? I guess you get what you pay for at this garage! I will not be recommending this garage to anyone.

   After recently purchasing a new car. My car suffered from some running problems where it would go into limp mode. I took it to a a specialist where they quoted me a very high price just for diagnostic. I decided to take my car to Elite Mot after being recommended by a friend. I was called shortly after dropping my car off and they identified the problem was a boost leak. They managed to order the parts in and fix the boost leak the same day. My car is clear from any warning lights and drives like its brand new again. I paid not far off what the other garage's diagnostic bill was before any parts/labour. Will definitely use this garage again in the future :)

   Exceptional service, friendly and courteous staff. MOT completed and passed, within time stated. They explained clearly all my advisories. I even paid twice, once to the AA and to them personally, they were very quick to rectify it when I had realised. Will definitely be using again in the future!

   RAC recommended this garage when i had broken down. when paying for the work i payed over the quoted price. when i called to ask about the car the man on the phone was unclear and hard to understand and tried to overcharge me. When i eventually received the car, had drips of oil on bodywork, tyre, windscreen with lumps of styrofoam on gear stick. i should have received in same condition it arrived. The dashcam had been unplugged for the test drive. over all very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
